Toughness fails with a 12. Does Gregor's shield stack with Faithshield? If so, will target him if possible. Otherwise, cast on self.
It grants 1 point of Toughness either way.
Reeling from the mob's assault, Owain backs off as Aram charges into the plague victims, hacking and rending them asunder. Seeing Gregor receive a flurry of kicks and punches, the priest moves towards the beleaguered mage and reinforces his magical shield with his own magic.

Gregor tries his best to stand under the flurry of fists and feet. He can she Sherri trying to pull some of the horde of him, but he shouts at her to stay back. Tears streaming down her face she does what he says, although he can see her eyes looking around frantically for a means of escape. Turning his attention back to the horde, Gregor lets loose another bolt of lightening. He must protect her. He promised.....

Meldorac curses as enough of, for want of a better word, people follow him yet neither he nor Bonnie have drawn enough off. Meldorac curses fluently and tries to reach the window - hopefully iof he dives out most of the way then holds, the cretins that follow him will simply leap to their deaths. As long as none untie the rope, he can strike at them from height, and perhaps even get pull up Sherri to relative safety. So there you go - tie off rope, abseil down to like 10 foot off the ground, and strike and people while yelling for Sherri to come to me so I can pull her above the mob.
Dodge roll to reach the window (no dagger) (1d20=15, 1d20=7, 1d20=7, 1d20=20)
20+15, 7 - other 7 kept to resist switch ups

Okay, let me make sure I have this right... you want to tie a rope to the window and hang from it where the enraged citizens can't reach you? There are some dangers associated with this that I feel I must warn you about... such as them pulling you up via the rope or cutting the rope to send you into a crowd below.
If you want to initiate this plan anyway, no dodge required. This is still resolving last round's dodge.

Well, I want a fast decent/ abseil to just above the crowd. If the crowd are intelligent enough to try to untie the rope, the drop is just above head height, nothing bad. If they try to pull him up, he can drop down.
Either way, if they are inside the building, they aren't outisde the building!

Round ResultsAram decapitated the last of his foes and roared a battle cry, looking for more opponents. His eyes fell on Owain, who held up his hands and backed away, as you would with a crazed animal. Aram shook his head, though, and spoke in a low voice: "The others might be in danger, we must hurry!" Owain sighed in relief that he wouldn't have to fight a crazed knight of Aram's size. Before following Aram out of the ally, he sent a powerful prayer to Ishir to protect him, and felt his confidence grow as the goddess awarded him her favour. Outside of the ally, Gregor was barely holding up. He'd managed to get to his feet, and had his back against the side of a building, preparing to go out in a blaze of magic, if need be. He sent another bolt of lightning into the horde, and this time a citizen lurched and fell, not getting back up. Then a cry echoed across the road. It was Meldorac, still inside the building and yelling out of the window. He held a rope in one hand. Half of Gregor's attackers, the ones that couldn't get past his magical shield, turned to stare at the crazy man whooping at them. They growled and ran for the building. Inside, Meldorac was glad his ruse had drawn some of the attackers away from the ailing mage, but now he had to deal with them. Up the stairs, the horde that had originally followed him came fast. Meldorac let the first one reach the top then jumped and kicked into the middle aged man's chest. The man fell back down the stairs, knocking away his fellows as he did. They all landed in a heap on the bottom. Before they could rise again, Meldorac took the rope, which he had pre-tied, and swung it around a candle fixture hanging from the wall. He wrapped the other end around his waist, took a deep breath and jumped out the window. And so he ended up dangling like a worm above the crowd beneath him, who hissed and growled as they jumped to catch the prize just out of their reach. Horde 1 (Aram) → 1 (15 saved) Horde 4 (Gregor) → 12+5 Gregor (horde 4): 24 (11+13), 19 Aram (horde 1): 19+14=33 (saving the 8 and the 7) Owain (casting faithshield on self): +1 die
This time, Gregor suceeds in doing one damage. Taking a stress point can turn the unmatched 19 into an extra point of damage. Aram, of course, kills his quarry... though it was closer this time. Without those saved dice, you would've been taken.
I ruled that Owain can't get through the crowd until Aram has taken them out, so faithshield gets cast on himself. Now everyone can meet up, though. As for Meldorac's actions, it draws the attention of some of Gregor's group, and I'm breaking horde 4 into two hordes, each with 5/5 life, +1 damage and rolling 2 dice.
Next round, Aram and Owain can reach Gregor. If one of them targets horde 4, it will be unable to attack Gregor again. Horde 2 is in the building above Meldorac, Horde 3 is standing below him. Neither will attack next round, focused as they are on Meldorac, unless someone attacks them.

That's why I saved those numbers. ;D
Gregor, you should probably take that stress point to do the extra damage. This attack will do 3 damage if it succeeds (and it can't really fail unless the horde leads with a natural 20; the worst case is a tie), and one more would finish it off.Aram charges out of the alley and wades into the mob that is tearing Gregor to pieces. His sword flashes as he attacks the plague-infested citizens of Oasis, this time with a bit more finesse instead of raw power. COMBAT roll (4 dice) attacking horde 4 with sword (1d20=2, 1d20=3, 1d20=6, 1d20=10) I'll use 3+6=9 (saving the 2 and 10).

Hmm, I think Meldorac will just enjoy the benefits of hanging around for the moment, and see if he can protect our guide before Gregor decides to kill her off to save himself!Meldorac gets a good hold of the rope with one hand, swinging freely with the other using rocking motions and pushes with his feet to move around with grace above the moaning masses. He sneaks the occasional look at those above to gauge when he may have to drop, but for now he assumes he has a good safe position. "Sherri! Let the fighter's work and get up here to safety!" he yells, extending a hand to the terrified woman across the street. Dodge roll while checking for the horde untying rope, coming down rope. Also trying to position well to pull Sherri temporarily free from danger. (1d20=19, 1d20=13, 1d20=16, 1d20=5, 1d20=9)Edit: wow, what a waste!
19+16, 9 - 13 and 5 held

Gregor notices the horde in front of him separate as some of them head off towards Mel. Noticing the rope, he grabs Sherri by the arm. "Get up that rope!" The mage pretty much shouts in her face, hoping to spur her on and get her safe. Gregor faces the remaining horde and again launches another lightning bolt at them, hoping it will give Sherri enough time to escape. There, shes free
