Mowyer seems surprised when she realises Aram now has the mark of Citadel on him. She brushes her own cheek subconsciously.
"Free the others first, sir knight," she finally says from the cage. "The people in here are exhausted, we will need all the able hands we can get. Are there any provisions or healing items around?"

"Im sure once we're all out of here we can locate our belongings and get everyone out of here!"
Gregor spoke more to keep himself in the conversation than to actually give any solid advice. He sat down in his cage and waited for it to be opened. Holding his head in his hands, he thought back over the events that had led them to this place. Over and over again the image of Sherri flung to the fornt of his thoughts. He had let her down, let everyone down. He looked up as Aram continued around the room and waited. Gregor knew for sure that his would be the last cage that was opened.

It appears the slaves may have been controlled by a magic item worn around the priest's neck. Could this same artifact have been responsible for driving him mad? Owain abandons his attempts to dominate the guards, addressing Aram instead.
"You've changed, Sir Knight. What happened?" he enquires, warily.

"He has been accepted by Oasis and by Citadel, as is right and proper for one of his abilities and temperaments. Such questions can wait. Please, free the rest quickly." However, Mowyer seems equally as wary.

"The portal caused Gertwiller and I to exchange more than possessions," explains Aram as he examines Igasso. Noting the guards' reactions, he also makes sure to check for an amulet or something similar around his neck. "It also traded parts of our bodies, it seems. The mark was his, but it may prove useful in this place. What happened to Gertwiller? And where are my armor and shield?"

"Your armour was fused with Gertwiller," explains Owain. "It was not pretty. Then his corpse rose up and tried to kill us. You will forgive us for not taking your armour with us, I hope. Trust me, you would not want to wear it now."

"Oh," says Mowyer, perhaps in equal parts relieved and disappointed in the reason Aram now carries he mark. "Your armour was not despoiled by him long," says Mowyer, shuddering at the memory of the conflict.

Aram searched the priest's robes carefully, not really wanting to touch the body, lest it carry some disease. The two guards watched, creepy but seemingly passive.
Update is all going to be on Aram's board, as per his search results.

Owain watches the knight's every move keenly.
"Are you planning on setting us free anytime soon?" he enquires.

"I am hurrying," says Aram to Owain as he awkwardly rummages through Igasso's pockets with his left hand looking for the keys. "This is not so easy to do with just one hand, especially when it is not your favored one. Ah, I think I've found the keys now."
He takes out a ring of keys and goes over to unlock Owain's cage first. It is not easy with one hand, but he manages to first get the cage door open and then unlock the priest's chains. "I found a necklace on the dead priest. It could be the means by which he controlled the guards, and it has the symbols of Kai and Ishir on it. I did not want to remove it yet, in case the act of doing so frees them and they turn hostile. You should take these and unlock the big cage to let our mysterious female friend and all of those other people out before I try that." He offers the priest the keys. "She looks like she can use your healing skills. I am reluctant to let the mage out until he gives a better accounting of himself." He glances back at Gregor.

"My thanks," says Owain as he rubs some feeling back into his hands. He also pats his stomach to see if there is any pain. Next, Owain takes the offered keys and opens Mowyer's cage then unlocks Moira's chains, catching the rebel as she falls into his arms. With his free hand he tosses the keys towards Mowyer, saying "please free Gregor while I tend to Moira."
To Aram, he adds: "Beware that necklace, it might be dangerous," before turning his full attention to assessing Moira's condition.

Gregor waits to see if Mowyer does let him out of the cage.
"What would you have me say, sir knight...? That my inquisitivness got the better of me? That the thought that travelling through the portal first would be more suited to me if operating it from the other side was neccesary? That I could have found someway of stopping this awful plague and maybe seeing......"
Gregors words felll as he thought about Sherri again. That poor girl, he had dragged her into this and now she was all but lost to him.
"Do with me what you will then, since you have decided to become my personal court marshaller. Leave me here, let me go, kill me if it makes you feel better! Good luck getting past the Citadel shield!"

"The shield is already down, fool. I assume it was you who saw to that, as well, hm?"
The voice comes from Aram and definitely belongs to him, yet there is something a little... off about it. Certainly it was a startling chang in the knight's mood. More startling was that he didn't seem to notice his outburst at all and instead of saying more, simply went back to patting down the priest's body.
Owain was too busy tending to Moira to pay the outburst much mind. She straightened fairly quickly and waved him off, which he took as a good sign of health.
"Where's General Domico?" she asked, looking over the rebels in the cage with Mowyer. "Did I hear someone say we got the shield down?"

Gregor laughed and perked up slightly.
"Ah so it did work then! Excellent, excellent....."
The mages laught turned into a cough, which made him double over as it got worse. He turned from his companions and spat a large gobjule of phlegm onto the floor outside the cage.

Mowyer ignores most of the room, only raising an eyebrow when Aram makes an announcement. She tries to catch Owain's eye. However, she has more important business to attend to. "Do not worry mage," says Mowyer quietly, "I will not let the knight harm you." She opens the cage, and then wraps her hands aroudn the mage's throat. "You DARED to murder one of the Ruling Five with your FILTHY OUTSIDER HANDS and then JOKE ABOUT IT!" she screams, all pretense and decorum shattering. "Assassin of Ulnar or false fiend, you have commited a capital crime and you WILL - DIE - FOR - IT!" Do I have to roll anything to excecute Gregor?
