My computer died overnight, and I'm typing this from the library during my lunch break. I'm going to try to get back online as soon as possible, and I was planning on getting a new computer anyway, but it may be a few days. I doubt I'll be able to post much before then.

I managed to get online with my PS3 without a keyboard. Tommorow I plan to go computer shopping. Until then I can at least read, but posting takes forever like this.

Luckily the ball is in Maerin's court for your character creation anyway If you were going to have downtime, before rather than during is probably preferable Good luck with the comp shopping!

And I'm back! I just got my new computer set up, and it rocks! I won't have time to do much tonight, but I should have more time this weekend.

I will be tied up in a performace of 16th century England for the weekend, and inclusive of Friday and Monday. Consequently, I will be going quiet for a spell.
The good news is I will be finishing my preparations to get "The Sun Sets" a-moving...

He's going to lie in the English channel and repel the Spanish Armada with a fleet launched from his backside.

There was slightly more going on than that, Doomy! Henry VII died in 1507, Henry VIII quarrelled with lots of people, countries and eventually the Pope, leading to the Dissolution of the Monasteries in 1532. In 1546 (I think), Henry VIII died and Edward VI, the sickly boy, took the throne for seven years (he was the one who instituted the custom of showing the Bible to the monarch in the coronation ceremony). Lots of Catholics were burnt in his reign, but not as many Protestants as in Mary I's five-year reign after Edward's death of tuberculosis in 1553. Of course, in 1558, Elizabeth I took over and then the rest of the century was Elizabethan

Yes, but none of those things would get Maerin banned from a swimming pool.

Your performing an entire century?? I'm a fair decent multi-tasker. Seriously though, by Monday, it always feels that way!

We'll see how it goes. Needless to say, performing in a Rennaissance Faire means pictures...and cameras....tend to be sporadic.

For some reason I have a scene in mind from Blackadder the Second in which they have to get a picture painted of a Bishop in a compromising pose...
