Perception to listen out in the night; 18+10=28 Stealth to be as quiet and unseen as possible (Maerin - +2 bonus for charcoal facepaint? not included in roll) 2+9=11 (or 13 if I get the +2 bonus) Perception when looking out below; 4+10 = 14 invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1778307/

Perception (I believe that is what is rolled for tracking)
Take 10+18 = 28

Maerin grins. I have noticed that Alba does like his Perception checks.
No, tracking is an application of the Survival skill. However, you may either keep the Take 10 for the Survival check for tracking purposes and roll a Perception check (which you may not Take 10 on), or reroll both (as the Perception skill check can be applied to something else swiftly becoming relevant...).

I will keep the perception check as is and take ten on survival for tracking, which gives me a 30
Thanks for correcting me

Um. That was not one of the options I offered you. I said you may not Take 10 on the Perception check.

"Smell? Which smell? It's a forest. It ALL smells like something... " Maybe its just that the streets of Barrakesh do funny things to one's sense of smell. "Honest, I tried that once, but I did not inhale." Zohar, Needless to say, you did not make the Perception skill check. Go ahead and edit your post accordingly if you wish.

Knowledge, nature 13 +17 = 30 invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1789641/I used my woods bonus here as this is based off of everything that Alba witnessed in the woods, he wants to determine if the mist is natural - should it be here given the type of day and such.

There is nothing specifically unnatural about the mist, though it was somewhat odd in the forest before reaching the bridge over the river. Alba did not think it had rained enough in the woods to see that degree of moisture rise into the air. Closer to the river, the potential for fog is much more typical.
However, it is possible that this is some sort of continuation of the odd cloud-cover gathering that Alba witnessed earlier.
