From this stage onwards, Owain will be secretly watchful for means of carrying out his mission. Exactly how he's supposed to destroy Oasis, along with everything and everyone in it, without so much as a box of matches remains a mystery. I'll be keeping an eye on my secret board for any hints you care to give, simply be aware that Owain is constantly thinking about this.

What?! You forgot the matches?!!
Definitely I'll keep your character on "high alert."

I believe we left the tapestry house burning. Since you said to me earlier that the houses are sufficiently close together for any significantly-sized blaze to wipe out an entire district, I guess we can say Owain's true mission has finally begun.

Good point. You technically only left the tapestry burning, but I'd be happy for that to have started a decent fire. Of course, don't expect the whole city to go up just yet. You're gonna have to be much more trigger happy to get the whole thing going.
Keep your eyes open. If you can ever convince a group of people to take up your cause (whether they know the full details or not), your job will be a lot easier.
Your opportunity is on its way in the next few scenes. It's up to you to grab onto it.

This priest feels a sermon coming on. Of course, first things first. Bring on the zombies!

Speaking of fire, for having tested out and thought of your eventual plans, take an EXP point.
