Mowyer will quickly look to her hand just now, half ignoring those around her. I guess the talk of zombies might distract her again though

It's a small black disc. You cannot tell its purpose, though it feels much heavier in your hand than its size should allow for.

Mowyer will slip it in to her pocket in the chaos.

Hmm, so did the screamer stop because it is focused on one target, because it won't attack a fellow female, because the ring (one of my beliefs) or black disc have some influence, because it won't attack a Citizen of Oasis or Citadel, is it because of the pentagram and hand (my other belief) on Mowyer's cheek?
If the ring, is it because ut overrules something, or because it is like the bad guy/girl's power source? Similarly, if the tattoo is it because of some instruction, or is it happenstance that that bad girl (Mowyer's mother or Sera Veshin) has the same tattoo?
How knows! Eager to find out or die in the process!

I obviously can't answer your question yet, but I can tell you the Tattoo is given to Citadel citizens.

Yes - green flask and laumspur flask I believe, I think Mowyer sneakily looked into it while 'dropping' it.
Hmm...I wonder if Mowyer should look at it again less hastily..?

Perhaps...

Ok, Mowyer's looking at the green flask and inside the bag now. If the green flask seems innocuous, and if OWain asks, then Mowyer might ask him to identify it.

Oops, sorry, I meant inside the small pouch (as in there might have been something other than the two potion bottles inside the bag). Sorry!
Can Mowyer use her extra question to look to the flask and side pouch now?

No, I meant side pouch, too, just a bad choice of words on my part

When you throw the bag, there's a chance the other potions in the bag break. Roll a dice. If it's odd, nothing break. If it's even, things break. If it's even but below ten, you salvage a potion.

There is a Rendalim's Elixir in the bag, unbroken. You should know the stats.
