I have sent Taden and Corwyn the results of their Knowledge Checks. Sad to say, they are not as detailed as I would have wanted, at it is possible that they might "recall" something extra later; but it is job week for me, and time is a bit short. I will of course still keep to at least one post a day, no worries. And feel free to "banter" all you like, the actual time is not that important

I would suggest that as long as it's not in a combat where actions per round are important and the 6 seconds rule is in place, free flow conversation should not be a problem.

Just to be clear: That Ruiger gave the korlinium pouch to Soul Spawn is not due to DM favouritism, I just rolled for each of your Charisma (modified a little bit by what you have said IC) to see which one of you made the best impression and who Ruiger thereby assumed to be in command. If you have In-Character objections to this, all the more fun

Did Ruiger use telepathy to make the NAK in charge or something? Soul Spawn I can understand, because he has the pouch, but at what point did Hawk's Bane have any authority to throw around?

But since the GM doesn't mind one way or the other, I will merely myself adhere to what I consider, from past experience, to be good sense; and not have any expectations beyond that.

NAK superiority complexes - feel free to disagree! I didn't get to do this at work, Dirac's thinking ahead as the 'guide' Knowledge checks: first geography, second warfare (1d20+2=21, 1d20+2=15)Specifically, Ddirac is strainign to think what he knows of the area for friendly and knowledgeable soldiers/villages on the way, areas that might favour the baron and be better to avoid, and of course combining gerography into warfare roll to figure out the best way to advance on the baron without enountering likely blockages, guard points and ambush points Basically, knowledge sources, allies and routes Thank crumbs those rolls are pretty frickin' sweet - hopefully might give us something

Tsk tsk, Corwyn, didn't you read up on NAK?!?! They are loyal servants of Naar, and his creation, thus they report and only bow to him. They consider themselves equal or even superior than Darklords...so where does that put you lot? LOL
Really, I'm shocked you didn't do your homework!!!! As for Dirac, yes, you can call it that way.

I find myself suddenly questioning the relative sincerity of our host, particularly as it pertains to certain details of his story. What might a Sense Motive skill check of 30 suggest to me? invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1631522/

Good roll indeed. I'll PM you the result as soon as I get back from work. Although I do hope your suspicions don't have anything to do with any inconsistency in the story that is purely my fault - I noticed that I wrote the "Eye" insted of "Tear" of Ishir in an earlier post, just because Soul Spawn had referred to it as such Always a hazard that.

*grins* Possibly an inconsistancy or two in there, but while Taden OOC might understand what a "typo" is, Taden IC is a bit of a suspicious soul. That aside, there are a few details here and there that persuade me to give our host a bit more scrutiny...

Yeah, I did thought about that too. I was wondering where did the Eye come from? You didn't mention it before but Soul Spawn did. Then you followed, which made me followed suit as well. LOL

You know, I didnt realise I said Eye instead of Tear until I read it back.
I guess we'll call that one a "whoopsie".
