Actually, Owain would wait for Bonnie. He finds her a little intimidating.

Meldorac has less regard for Bonnie, but isn't one to walk in to the house alone Waiting for Bonnie it is unless Gregor wants to go on ahead!

"I guess Im making introductions then. Standing around in this cold is making me less of a man by the minute, if you fellows get my drift...." Gregor made a slight chuckle at his very obvious pun. "Anyway, lets give our lady another moment, then we'll head to the front door." Im knocking off now, if Bonnie doesnt post before me by tomorow morn, we'll go knock and say hello.

Gregor waited patiently with the rest of the group. He was mindful of the need to scout the area, however given the partys current condition, he thought poking around in someones property without properly introducing themselves just a little hard to swallow. "Anyone else as cold as I am? I thought so...." Gregor dismounts and leaves his horse tethered to a nearby tree. He walks up to the front door and knocks respectfully. Ok so Gregor has knocked on the door. On answering, he will give a formal introduction, naming names only, he will not reveal what organisations we are all from. We are travellers seeking shelter. Just a little OOC, I smell a character introduction scene coming up, although I could be wrong

Meldorac stands behind Gregor, making sure Trenton is closeby. Meldorac also listens and looks for a sign of a dog.

As Meldorac and Gregor approach the door, Owain remains where he is to keep an eye on Michael and lead the horses towards the house if a fight breaks out.

A very tall and well built man wearing platemail appears at the front door. "Who goes there?" he asks, casting a doubtful eye over Gregor and Meldorac behind him.

Bonnie is somewhere around... probably. I guess Zipp will tell you if you know where she is.

"Greetings to you, sir! We are travellers who have somewhat wandered off the beaten path. We are in need of shelter for ourselves and our horses for the night. Since your lodging seems to be the only one around here, I wonder if myself and my fellows could impose on you this damp evening?"
Any checks I need to make???

"Well met, gentlemen," says the big man. "I am Sir Aram. What are your names? This house is not my own. Like you, I sought shelter for the evening here and found it apparently abandoned. I was just starting to look through the rooms for any trace of the occupants or indication of what happened to them. Please, come inside."

How much time has elapsed since Bonnie went to the stables? Not sure if Owain would be concerned by her non-return just yet.

"Have you discovered a dog by any chance?" asks Meldorac neutrally.

How much time has elapsed since Bonnie went to the stables? Not sure if Owain would be concerned by her non-return just yet. I would say about five minutes have passed, more or less, leaning more towards the "less" side of things.
Still, in this situation, any period of time can be enough to die in...

Owain watches as Gregor and Meldorac approach the door and are greeted by a burly figure in plate armour. As there are no signs of hostility, the healer decides to risk bringing in his wounded patient to shelter from the ferocity of the elements. The rain-sodden priest privately admits that he wouldn't mind a little more comfort either.
