So I have your permission to even now muck about with my specialist training and the relevant proficiencies? I take it I'll get a (mastercrafted?) longbow plus arrows and my pike would disappear in a puff of Marvel-esque retconning.
Edit: Tweaks made. Much happier now, as the level 15 ability is based on STR mod instead of WIS.

Not exactly a painful amount of retconning since I considered even a mastercraft pike to be an improbable weapon and it has been sitting unused in some location (depending on how long it was, that location might have been quite interesting...) since the beginning of the adventure.

Since a longbow is quite a sensible weapon to carry on a high fortification, I have assumed Ector had it on his person when the castle went "BOOM!".

Maerin contemplates the humour of immediately denying Ector the arrows that undoubtedly would have spilled out in his near-tumble over the parapet, but decides that would be both mean-spirited and realistically improbable considering Ector DID make the Reflex save.

Yes, we did. This is from the Dice Rolling thread. You took 14 damage. Ignore Karstan's damage as evasion negated it. I got lucky as a failed save would have blown me off the wall. No need for the Perception check, Ageal, as things unfolded.
Karsten, figure the drinks cost you 6 Lune or the equivalent.
Jynx Roll Reflex Save (DC 15)
Roll 1d20 + 6 = 8 + 6 = 14
Roll Damage (bludgeoning) = 12Ector Roll Reflex Save (DC 15)
Roll 1d20 + 3 = 13 + 3 = 16
